Having trouble logging in? Here's some tips to get you on your way.

1. Have you activated your account via email?
After you register, you should get an email with a link verifying your information. Click it. We do this to ensure that we are getting actual users instead of robots. This helps to ensure that the rest of the users on the site get the best and most secure experience.
2. Is your password the correct spelling or case?
Most good passwords are case sensitive. Check to make sure that you've not only spelled your username and password correctly, but that they are the right case.
3. Forgot your password?
Simply click "Forgot your password" under the user login then enter your email address. We'll send you a random set of numbers and letters called a "Token" that we generate for security. Copy and paste the token into the space provided in the confirm your account section. Then enter a new password.
4. Forgot your username?
Click "Forgot your username" under the login form and then enter your email address. We'll send it to you.
5. Not receiving emails from Keeping Up regarding your password or username?
Check your spam or junk mail folder. If you're using a web browser check to make sure that your cache is cleared then refresh your page.
6. Want to be removed as a Keeping Up user?
No problem. We hate to see you go, but stopping service is simple. Shoot us an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it from the email address associated with your account. Title the email "End User Account" and we'll remove you from all of our lists.
